why should i stream / use streaming playlists?
streams make the song and, consequently, the artist get exposure. whether it's through song discovery or new achievements. we're living in the streaming era after all! spotify and apple music are the most known streaming platforms. see details below:
spotify global 200 would need at least 600k daily streams (= the song played 600k times in a day) AND every country has its own spotify [country] 200 chart with its own daily streams variable. gfriend so far ranked in 8 countries, it makes the song get more chances to be included in your country curated playlists and/or viral 50 playlists, so make your own local goal and mobilize your other buddy friends.

spotify as well as other streaming services like apple music, tidal, youtube etc help with billboard charts. it counts streams and digital sales, so please check the iTunes project for digital sales. you can buy music on amazon as well.
if you want to help support official-only streams (no color-coded videos, no k2nblog), they post all audios under their youtube channel. also, the streaming services have both subscription also known as premium accounts and ad-supported also known as free accounts tiers (different weight counted for charts).

read these details and have fun!!
avoid bot behavior. looping and muting songs, not interacting with the platform etc
note: you can mute the system or tab, but not the spotify app. on your phone you can put earphones, but do not mute.
playlists focused on the title track are effective to reach goals, put 3 songs between the title track repeatedly (you can vary between 2 to 4 songs to avoid aforementioned bot behavior, there aren't rules set in a stone) and don't forget to switch and share your playlists, this is a collective effort.
you can make your own personal playlists with other songs you were listening to recently, it's not a chore, it's supposed to be fun and enjoyable!!

it can be used for both, but it's just an estimate since any other major release in the same day can affect the numbers.
is the fandom goal for album or title track?
since the biggest record is from album, the fanbase goal (#1 in 15 countries) probably was meant for the album chart, but we can set a goal for both (e.g. #1 in 10 countries for song).
note: a song is more cheap, but fans naturally used to buy the complete album. the album chart is also less competitive.
there are only a small amount of sales for my country, can i buy these copies?
if you can buy, do it. you just need to make new accounts (AppleID) and buy a copy from each of them.
do i need to be an apple user to buy?
no. you can use itunes for desktop (and apple music in your phone). itunes is where you can buy songs, albums and even music videos. apple music is the paid streaming platform just like spotify.
if i buy the album, won't it count as sale for the title track?
no. these are different charts, there is one for albums and one for songs.
if i buy all the tracks separately, won't it count for both charts?
no. when you see fandoms doing this, it aims to external charts such as official country charts, because they see as two separate purchases, itunes doesn't. if you want to help both you need to buy from different accounts.
my country need too many sales, i don't think we can reach...
it's difficult to chart in the major markets, but it doesn't mean that buddies from said countries can't established their own goals such as top 20, 10 etc accordingly to previous achievements.
